Owner/Trainer/Handler Addie Lloyd is certified in Canine CPR and First Aid, earning her nationally recognized certification on April 5, 2025. This training provides the knowledge and preparedness to recognize medical concerns, minimize injury, and respond effectively in emergency situations. At Shadow Hill, the health and wellbeing of our dogs is a top priority. Comprehensive head-to-tail wellness checks are performed weekly, including evaluations of the nose, eyes, ears, mouth, skin, heart, lungs, abdomen, and musculoskeletal system. These assessments also incorporate range-of-motion exercises to help maintain overall physical condition, soundness, and mobility.
